Refund Policy

The short version. If GMC Comment Picker isn't right for you, we'll refund you — and the more you paid up front, the longer you have to change your mind. Just email us with your order number.

Refund windows

The refund window scales with how much you committed:

EU / UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer law, regardless of the windows above. Because the product is delivered digitally and immediately on activation, by activating your licence you acknowledge delivery begins right away; this does not remove your statutory withdrawal right within the 14-day period.

How to request a refund

Reply to your receipt email, or write to gmc_support@growthmastery.mn with your order number. You don't need to give a reason. We process refund requests within one business day.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. It can take a few business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What happens to your licence after a refund

Your licence key stops validating once the refund clears, and the extension returns to the Free tier on your next check-in. For subscriptions, a refund also cancels future renewals. Any winner cards you've already exported remain yours.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us first — almost everything can be resolved faster by email than by a chargeback. Licences associated with a chargeback are deactivated.
