It says "doesn't work on my post" — what now? +
Three things to check: (1) Open the post as its own permalink — click the post timestamp so the URL becomes facebook.com/page/posts/id. (2) Scroll once through the comments so Facebook actually loads them. (3) Reload the page if you installed the extension while the post was already open.
I bought Pro — how do I get my license key? +

What's your refund policy? +
The refund window scales with how much you committed — the more you paid up front, the longer you have to change your mind:

Does it work on private Facebook groups? +
Yes — as long as you're a member of the group and can see the post yourself, the extension can read the comments on it. It runs on whatever Facebook page you have open in your tab; group permissions are decided by Facebook, not by us.
Does it work on Instagram and YouTube? +
Yes — Pro users can extract comments from Instagram posts (instagram.com/p/…) and YouTube videos, with the same filters, animations, and crypto-fair draw. Facebook stays free for everyone. The extension asks for a one-time permission the first time you use each new site, so it never touches Instagram or YouTube unless you choose to. For Instagram you need to be logged in — Instagram only shows the full comment list to logged-in users.
Is the random selection actually random? +
Yes — provably so. We use crypto.getRandomValues (the browser's cryptographically-secure RNG) with rejection sampling to avoid modulo bias. Every entry has the same probability of winning. The seed used for each draw is logged in your draw history so you can verify the result yourself or show it to a sceptical participant.
Does my data leave my browser? +
Comment text and Facebook profile data never leave your device — it stays in chrome.storage.local. The only outbound network calls are: (a) license validation when you activate a key, (b) anonymous product analytics (event names like "popup_opened", "winner_drawn" — no comment data, no PII). You can opt out of analytics in the extension settings. See our Privacy Policy.
