Add GMC Comment Picker from the Chrome Web Store — one click, no sign-up, no card. It also works on Chromium browsers like Edge and Brave.
Then pin it: click the puzzle icon 🧩 at the top-right of Chrome and press the pin next to GMC Comment Picker, so the picker is always one click away.
The picker reads the comments of the post open in the current tab — so the post must be open as its own page, not inside the feed:
/posts/ or /permalink/.instagram.com/p/… or instagram.com/reel/…. You must be logged in to Instagram in that tab — Instagram only shows the full comment list to logged-in users.youtube.com/watch?v=….The first time you use the picker on Instagram or YouTube, the popup shows a one-time Enable access button. Click it and approve the Chrome permission — the extension never touches a site until you opt in, and it never asks again for that site.
With the post open, click the extension icon and press Extract. The picker auto-scrolls the comment area, clicks every “View more comments” and “View replies” button, and counts entries as they load — including media-only comments (GIFs, stickers, photos).
Keep the tab open and in the foreground until the counter settles. On big posts this can take a few minutes; the progress bar in the popup shows exactly where it is.
When extraction finishes, the picker studio opens in its own tab with every captured comment. All filters are off by default — turn on only what your giveaway rules need:
Pick how many winners to draw — one winner is free, multiple winners are Pro. Then pick the reveal: Card Shuffle is free; Wheel, Slot and Confetti come with Pro. You can also add backup winners in case a winner doesn't claim the prize.
Press draw and enjoy the show. Winners are chosen with crypto-fair randomness (your browser's cryptographic random generator — nothing is decided on a server, nothing can be rigged). The winner card shows the name, avatar and a link to their profile, and every draw is saved to a local history so you can prove the result later.
Record the reveal as a video for your story, or share the winner card as an image — without a watermark on Pro. Announce the winner in your post's comments and you're done. 🎉

The post is open in the feed, not as its own page. Follow step 2 above: on Facebook click the timestamp; on Instagram open instagram.com/p/… or instagram.com/reel/…; on YouTube open the watch page. Instagram reels are supported from version 1.5.4 — make sure your extension is up to date.
Instagram only shows the full comment list to logged-in users. Log in to Instagram in that same tab, reload the post, then extract again.
Keep the tab in the foreground and don't scroll manually while extraction runs. On very large posts, run Extract again — it picks up from the already-loaded comments. The popup's stats show found vs. captured so you can see exactly what happened.
Instagram and YouTube extraction is part of Pro (Facebook is free forever). After upgrading, click Enable access in the popup once for each site.
