1. Who we are

GMC Comment Picker (the "Extension") is operated by Growth Mastery Consulting ("we", "us", "our"), based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. By installing, activating, or using the Extension or purchasing a licence, you ("you", "the user") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

2. What the Extension does

The Extension reads the comments on a Facebook post you have open in your browser, lets you apply fairness filters, and selects one or more winners using cryptographically fair random selection. It can reveal the winner with animations and export a shareable winner card. All comment processing happens locally in your browser, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Merchant of Record

Purchases are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC f/k/a Lemon Squeezy LLC), acting as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, billing, applicable taxes, and the issuance of your licence key, and their buyer terms and privacy policy also apply to the purchase. We deliver and support the software itself.

4. Licence grant

Subject to these Terms and your payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Extension for your own giveaway and contest use, including commercial use by you or the organisation you purchased on behalf of.

Tiers:

• Free — use of the basic features at no cost, for as long as the Extension is offered.
• Pro Monthly / Pro Annual — a recurring subscription that unlocks all Pro features for as long as the subscription is active.
• Lifetime — a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro features for the supported life of the product.

A licence key identifies you as a single customer. You may activate it on your own devices. The licence does not transfer ownership of the software to you.

5. Subscriptions, billing and trials

• Monthly subscriptions include a 3-day free trial; annual subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by emailing us; cancellation stops future renewals and your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change for future billing periods, with notice for active subscribers.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not, and will not permit anyone else to:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, share, or publicly distribute your licence key.
• Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Circumvent the licensing, paywall, or watermark mechanisms.
• Use the Extension to violate Facebook's or Meta's terms of service, to scrape or process data you are not permitted to access, or to break any applicable law.
• Run giveaways that are unlawful in your jurisdiction, or use the Extension to deceive participants about the fairness of a draw.

You are solely responsible for how you run your giveaways, including compliance with platform rules, prize-promotion and gambling laws, and consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual property

The Extension, its code, design, animations, brand, and name remain our property and that of our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding. Content you create with the Extension (such as winner cards) belongs to you.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will continue to work if Facebook changes its website. Random selection is performed using the browser's cryptographic random number generator; we provide it on a best-effort fairness basis and you are responsible for any verification you require.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Extension. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Extension will not exceed the amount you paid us (or to Lemon Squeezy for the Extension) in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Growth Mastery Consulting and Lemon Squeezy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Extension or your breach of these Terms, including any giveaway you run using the Extension.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these Terms. If your purchase is refunded or charged back, your licence key will stop validating. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from chrome://extensions.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will provide notice (for example, an in-extension notice or an email to active subscribers). Continued use after the effective date of a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer-protection right you have under the laws of your own country of residence.
